Module 2 Overview
Collaboration with Technology
In Module 2, you will investigate how Web-based tools enable administrators, teachers, and students to collaborate and communicate with each other and the world. You will also consider how online communities can create a positive environment, discuss and learn best practices to protect against online threats and misuse, and explore how technology and policy can work together.
This Module includes Lessons 1 through 4 in Module 2 of the Intel® Teach Elements: Educational Leadership in the 21st Century multimedia course files. In addition to learning more about appropriate Internet use, you will also explore several categories of online collaborative tools that could be used in classrooms in your school or district. Then you will share your thoughts in the online forum before continuing to develop your own final project for this course.
